RETURN & EXCHANGE
We will only accept new, unworn, undamaged and unused merchandise with the original tags still attached and accompanied by a receipt within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will not provide a refund or accept any merchandise returns that show signs the merchandise has been worn, damaged or washed upon returning to our warehouse.
There is a no return policy for all sleepwear, lingerie, swimwear, and jewelry due to personal hygiene risk.
You (the customer) are responsible for the cost of the return and must provide us with a tracking number by emailing us at support@bellissimo.us and typing your order number in the subject line.
SHIPPING POLICY
Your order will ship from our warehouse located in Atlanta, GA. Bellissimo + Co., Ltd ships Monday - Friday, during office hours, and does not operate on federal holidays or weekends.
Pre-Order items will be listed with a ship date.
Most orders are received within 2-7 business days once shipped. We will email you with a link to track your purchase. It is your responsibility to track your package once your item has left our warehouse. Please check your email for any tracking information.
